I would like to get in a lucid dream, but I find it very difficult. I have now tried WILD once. But nothing came out. I had the feeling that my body was heavy and I felt something. But there was still no dream or something i could grab or zoom in to. Where should I just concentrate on if I wantto try? And if I concentrate on my eyes than they vibrate and just accidentally opened.
Or should I not do WILD? I just need an explanation of how I easily can get into a lucid dream. So WBTB and MILD are options too.
WILD isn’t usually advised for beginners as it usually helps to have a bit more experience with LD’s. You can try MILD, FILD or even DEILD (which is a variation of WILD, but much easier in terms of entering the dream. You should also do RC’s and keep a dream journal, that will greatly increase your chances! Don’t give up, LD’ing can take some getting used to. and welcome to the forums!
They also say that mindfulness can be better than RCs, which is basically being conscious of your surroundings and looking at things as if this were a dream.
I had an wild experience, which was quite weird to me:
I’ve already had a little tingling and it seemed like I was passed by shadows (on the inside of my eyes) and I felt my body heavy and myself pulled from my body. So i felt like i was rolling,
but I did not
and then when I’m distracted by only one second thinking about how I am lying, it’s all gone, (
If you are a beginner don’t do WILD i recommend wtbt even tho wild works quite fine for me, but i think wild is quite lame, you don’t experience the same quality as in a dield.
