I am new to the forums, altough i have been reading some sticky’s and stuff to help me.It has helped me a bit tough, but i still have some problems…
Like that i am a very bad sleeper,i stay awake hours and hours, and usualy i feel like i dident sleep all night, altough i have probebly slept.I want to try LD’ing at vacations and train in it. What would the best / a good method for me to get a LD?
Welcome to Ld4all. If you already have trouble sleeping, I woudn’t advise the wake induced method, as it can mess up sleeping patterns a bit. I would recommend Mnemonic induction (MILD), and keeping a dream journal (to improve your dream recall) and getting into the habit of doing reality checks.
If you want to try WILD or MILD once and be sure that you can fall asleep, you may want to stay up for a night before, so that you will be very tired when you go to sleep.

you’ve quite helped me,i havent realy tought about staying up one night first to tough . and i will do the MILDs during small vacations while still having school and stuff. and WILDs at the bigger vacations.
