is WILD a good technique to use when taking a nap? what is the best way to nap, to dream while napping, and to lucid during napping?
I have most of my LD’s when napping
I don’t know about “the best” way to nap, as it’s different for everyone, but I’ve found that if you take a nap after only being awake for a few hours, its easy to do a WILD. I guess it’s like an extended WBTB.
I bet it would work pretty well in the afternoon too, just relax more.
i have to oscilate in and out of NREM sleep for an hour or two before I can dream during naps, usually.
