I look at my hands and ask “am I dreaming?”
I count my fingers, examine the wringles in the palm, and turns the hand around a couple of times.
I hit the indiglo on my watch to see if it works… read the time, memorize it, then check it again.
I plug my nose and try to breathe out of it. This one really works!
normally I let me come lucid spontanously.
This morning I had a very small feeling I could dreaming, I would never have become lucid spontanous cause I wasn’t convinced the tiniest bit that in fact I was dreaming, and out of the blue, I did a read-test wich succeeded. The word differed the second time.
i read something, then look away and read it again to check if the letters still stay the same. or another thing is that i count my fingers. actually, either of these haven’t really worked for me yet. maybe i don’t do them proparly or something.
I always do RCs when I’m on a bus, because they appear in almost half of my dreams. This helped me a couple of times to become lucid, but most of the time I become lucid spontanously or because the situation is very odd.
