when did/do you open your x-mas presents?

I wonder when everybody gets to open their presents. Is it the night of 24 december? the morning of 25? the night of 25? :help:

My little nephews insisted it should be done the 24, ofcourse they are impatient :tongue: So we did the presents ritual yesterday. But I wonder how others do it :xmas:

I’ve always opened mine on Christmas morning.

In Sweden you open the presents the 24th December

We usually open the small stuff on Xmas Eve, then the big stuff whenever everybody wakes up on Christmas Day. (I’m usually the last one up. ^^)

Here in Brazil, it depends on the family. We usually do something somewhat like Wolf’s family: the so–called family presents (from grandparents, uncles and aunts, etc) are opened in the eve, while the present from Santa Claus (usually the biggest one, bought by parents, and, sometimes, the godfather and godmother) only shows up in the next morning.
