Hi does anybody know why people lucid dream or the main reasons as I’m sure there are many and also why when i want to ld I can’t seem to substain one and when I’m not really wanting to I have 3 or 4 in one night

When you, have an , it may be sustained by staying calm or not doing anything too fancy in general (like flying). I think it’s mainly like an art form of sorts, but vastly amusing. It is also to explore your mind, gather knowledge, vanquish fear or reap the other diverse crops of your subconciousness.
Well it depends, there are those who wish to Lucid dream, such as myself and achieve it, and there are others who naturally lucid dream.
People such as myself lucid dream because we wish to. We learn the methods and slowly become better at it.
Others just “know”. It may be a heightened sense of awareness or just always constantly questioning reality.
