So far Im getting my body to slightly fall asleep . My HI is improving and even had some auditory hallucinations. I have had a couple LDs already so the doubt is gone and will is there. I need the next step in WILDing. Any ideas?
yeah, WILD takes a while to get up and running.
but the fruits of your labor are indeed sweet
just keep at it and eventually you’ll be familiar with each stage
and you won’t be surprised by reaching them in turn you won’t get that anxiety.
Anxiety in WILDing is very important because if your body senses intense anxiety
it will stop the process

have only done it once, on accident…it is indeed a challenge(but I am always stressed out, maybe thats why!)
