I been trying to Lucid Dream for the past months, I do RC’s all the time and keep a dream journal. So far i’ve got 1 lucid Dream. Recently, i made attempts of WILD. I sleep for 6hours and stay up for an hour, readin LD post and drinkin Coffe+ Chocolate, when i go back to sleep I have probs , my whole body is relaxed, im counting (1:Im Dreming 2:Im dreaming) but i get no where, i cant feel my body but i cant see any Hypno Imagery’s, i just sorta drift off in the blackness of my mind for 2 hours with no results, what should i do !!
a quick idea would be to try not to drink coffee and other stuff that makes you more awake. i dont know if it will do anything at all, but its easy to try out, and easy to compare to before. if nothing else, you can establish that caffeine is good for sleeping
When you use counting, try and imagine yourself on a cloud floating down with each count. The falling sensation will help you deepen your relaxation/trance. When you get to where you can maintain the falling sensation without counting, then let go of the counting and just stay focused on the falling. Don’t worry about the HI, don’t even think about it. Just stay focused on the falling and let go of all other thoughts.
Sounds like you’re attempting WBTB…if you’re doing all that and getting nowhere…
Ah…the coffee Is it caffienated or decaf? Caffiene’ll definately keep you up like that
Try cutting out the caffiene and you’ll probably be good–but, like I said, you’re using WBTB
If you were gonna do WILD, it’s like going to sleep or taking a nap, but you’re attempting to LD–you could probably use a bit --not too much–of caffiene for WILD–try music, too–it’s good to focus on while you drift off

Coffee is a bit too hardcore, try substituting it with tea instead. It’s mild enough to not keep you awake (provided you aren’t overly sensitive to caffeine) but it heightens your awareness for WILD.
I donno i mean i dont realli feel my body vibratin or anything, its just numb when i try to move it, i didnt see the imagery, i was just counting in my pitch black mind for like hours, it was kinda funny cuz my body was asleep and i dint wanna wake up just in case i miss out anything. Lol neways does WBTB work real well? cuz i tried it and i got sum realli realli vivid dreams, also the dreams culda led me to a LD cuz i sumtimes see my friends and i turn away and then look at them again they change howver i always forget to do a RC and just play along the script

Try short WBTB’s or even don’t go out of your bed. Long WBTB’s have been set up for MILD, not for WILD.
