WILD help please

when first going to sleep doing WILD after i get my body relaxed and am laying down with my eyes closed how long after that does it take for you to enter your dream using WILD

Now, I am not an expert…however I believe the time varies for everyone. It will take some time for your body to fall asleep. For me, when I attempted this it took me around 2 long hours. But that’s just me.

However, it you wake up in the middle of the night, say around 5 hours ( I think) after you have fallen asleep and then attempt WILD the sensations and the experience may come quicker.

I woke up around 3am once, tried WILD…counted to 100 and I moved and got distracted by accident. However I tried again. And once I reached number 20, I started to feel vibrations and saw scenery. It was really cool. But I moved again and that time I just fell asleep.

So, ending this er, quick post…It varies from person to person. And I’ve noticed with me, it can sometimes take different times on different nights. SO…that’s the end. Hope I helped. And if I seemed confusing at all, just ask me to re-word it.

You’re quite right. If one is able to relax more, WILD is also easy without WBTB… the literal anwser is that the time it takes to enter the dream is the time it takes to fall asleep… you must know that when attempting WILD you dream as soon as you fall asleep.

it ll depends on how fast you will get your body to fall asleep… for me it takes 30 min MAX, usually around 15… that is after waking up from 5-6 hours of sleep. but I do a very deep relaxation exercise everytme, if I don´t do that it would take me like an hour probably don´t know… as soon as you feel the vibrations, passing on to a dream should´nt take you any more time… if you know what you´re doing.

ok thank you but if i swallow or move my tongue a little will it mess me up

nope… just relax

you can’t put a timer for any amount of time and be sure that you will be inside a dream when it clicks…

It depends on so many things.

Blood pressure, heart rate, your ability to relax, staying still, your mind, your imagination, level of melatonin&serotonin, your SC, I donno… endless factors.

I have been able to project consciousness outside of physical body sometimes in 10 minutes, sometimes in 30 minutes, sometimes even 2 hours wont do it. if i do it in the morning, I can usually do it in a couple of minutes, very easy.

Its different for everyone…

I can start moving my second hands and feet shortly after I lie down, sometimes its a matter of 20-40 seconds… (That doesn’t say I can completely leave body that easily… I wish…)

The more still you’ll be, the better.

I’ve had success in times when I did swallow and move tongue, eyes, etc…

And I’ve failed when I didn’t move at all. Sometimes your body falls asleep, but you still don’t really know how to project away.
Its not only to get your body to fall asleep, its much more complicated.
And sometimes, when I don’t feel too relaxed, I suddenly transfer into non physical.

It’s all a matter of practice. Just do it, you’ll get better and better with time and everything will get clear.
There is no secret potion / solution (that I know of) that can guarantee you a WILD right NOW. As far as I know, you just have to try…

Hope this helps.

yea ty for your help but what is the best technique do you think to use to have a OBE or WILD

I´m not sure If understand your question… because WILD … IS the technique hehe and the OBE is what you get after applying the technique

i mean like think about breathing or what

i tried it last night i counted my breaths for about 30 minutes and then i started to just observe my breaths but not count and after 50 minutes my body just felt like really wierd it only lasted for like 5 seconds but my heat raced and i quit because i thought my heart beat woke me up more

was that the vibrations you get before sleep paralysis

It changes for everyone.

Also, feelings that may be very extreme will gradually turn into very light sensations.

When I started meditating etc, vibrations, and lots of other sensations were very extreme, nowadays, I get them shortly after lying down and I barely feel anything at all when they occur.

About the relaxation technique…
Counting your breath is good , but in general, just try to keep a peaceful mind.
Dont get nervous or anxious.
Just lay calm, concentrating on what you see is a very good one if you ask me.

okay ty for your help you answered most the questions i needed to ask
