I can reach the Hynogagic state, at least im sure thats what it is. I can see weird visions, sometimes i hear audio, my body sometimes is vibrating or numbing or other times im not aware of my body and am deep into my mind. It feels like my mind is traveling inside itself.
When I can feel the dream coming, my conscious thought AUTOMATICALLY comes back into mind and I lose the dream and end up back at blackness/colors/weird patterns.
The past 3 times Ive tried WILD over the last 3 nights, two of those nights I slept without sleeping, I felt my body really calm and relaxed, and Im just exploring my minds visions but cant dream, I can lie pretty much consciously all night with my eyes closed and body relaxed, and I wont dream, ill just explore my mind? and when I get up for the next day I feel like I slept even though I knew I was conscious most of the night.
(Off topic question: Can WILD or is WILD ever done going to sleep? these are how I attempted it and I got pretty far/get stuck at HI)
Can anyone share their techniques, tips or how they WILD successfully? or even what they are thinking during HI, sometimes my mind drifts off and the dream starts coming, before my dream becomes solid my conscious thought ruins it (BTW the conscious thought seems to come automatically without me trying) help please lol. I basically need help entering my dream during HI without ruining the dream while its coming, I go into a pattern where I feel the dream coming and ruin it with conscious thought which brings me back to HI only to feel another dream coming to be ruined by conscious thought again.
