Whenever I try to WILD, I always do great at first. I feel slight vibrations and a stillness comming over me. Then I feel intense pressure over my whole body, it feels like I’m being crushed. I am able to last this for a few minutes, but after that I am scared silly and wake myself up. After that I just go to bed normally.
Any ideas on why there is pressure? I haven’t heard of it before. Also, is htere a way I can stop myself from freaking out OR stop the pressure?

Are you guys feeling these vibrations, seeing and hearing HHs just after some time of WILDing, or you have something like a halfdream (because I had something like this, more explained in my DJ)? I don’t know when it’ll properly start for me, so I ask.
2 days ago I tried quite modified chaining as usual, and after few minutes I felt like my side not lying on the bed (I always sleep on the side of my body) was being immediately hung up, but this feeling had gone few seconds later What did that mean?
