Two days ago, I did a WBTB, to then MILD… But I automaticly WILD’ed (I had never tried it before, and I didn’t TRY even, it ‘‘came’’ to me). And it was pretty cool, except that it faded right after I got in the dream.
So now, I got two problems. Everytime I’ve just MILD’ed after a WBTB, I can’t fall a sleep to then have a DILD (which is what I want). It’s like my body is telling me I have to do it WILD style, because I really can’t fall asleep the way I used to, I can’t get thoughts out of my head anymore. Issue: forced to either sleep WILD-style, or just forget about falling asleep.
Second problem: I accept that I ‘‘HAVE’’ to WILD, but everytime my body starts getting relaxed… which takes some time, and I my body feels ‘‘lighter’’, like I’m a pattern or something, I start to SUUUPER itch, I haave to scratch myself, it’s like it’s impossible to get away from the itches. If one itch goes away, another comes twice as itchy, and you know… you get frustrated like hell, and it makes it impossible for me to fall asleep.
Most oftenly places that starts to itch: My balls, penis, neck, armpits, thies ++
Any idea what I can do to solve problem 1 or problem 2?
Try doing some deep breathing exsersises before bed, It may help you get to sleep faster. That has allways been my problem. I take deep breathes, and hold them, and then I slowly let it out. I do this for about 15 minutes. It helps.
Hey man, WILDing is the coolest thing in the world once you get it down so dont feel discouraged that you HAVE to do that. Your concentrating to hard. When you WILD you want to WILD but you dont search for it. All you do is sit back with your eyes closed and just listen. For me its just 4 to 5 minutes, and then i start hearing bells and sirens or whatnot. eventually after 6 minutes i start hearing music… then i go straight into WILD
well no wonder my whole body itches, I have to lie still in 20 minutes before I can even THINK oh oh, I can start wilding now, I’ve heard ONE noise before, and that’s it. It was like a propell cut a paper, and I snapped out of my position, and had to start over again, and the sun was out (it was 5 in the morning), so I get all frustrated…
Guess I just have to keep trying.
I don’t understand thought, when I started with trying LD’s, I got them at first, and then I got them less and less, It’s like reverse of actual LD-progressing.
