[WILD] New ways of improving it?

i thought of two ideas to help with WILD

  1. sleeping with your head below your heart
    simple principle: increased bloodflow to the head - easier to stay aware mentally

2)dizzyness
more of a random idea: inducing dizzyness so that you will be more aware

can some people comment on them for me?

(can we first get a safety check on sleeping with your head below your heart?)

coming back after a music concert, your ears buzz and you can use it to keep aware :smile:

Which is quite expensive and bad for your health if it was a regular thing, but fun :smile:

youll also be physcially exhausted which helps

ill be trying in the future an excersise machine then a shower then bed. seems a good idea?
