WILD techniques

hi i just want as many WILD techniques as i can. So i can try various ones an see which one suits me! Thanks

Have some white noise (computer, laundry machine, air conditioning, ect.) in the backround and listen to that.

Here’s my 2 cents. Some may not agree, but it helps me.

To succeed at WILD you need to have a still and relaxed body, while maintaining the right amount of awareness.
Laying still for a long time in one position can start to wear on the body, and you can get uncomfortable. Some say you have to stick with it and remain still no matter what.
I’ll start off in one position and stay there as long as I can. If I get uncomfortable, I’ll change positions. I find that my relaxation increases greatly due to this stress release, and then I will often be able to initiate the WILD sooner than if I had remained in one position.
I don’t use any counting method, or heartbeat/breathing focus techniques, but that seems to help a lot of people. I used to do the 61 point relaxation technique, but I got too lazy to continue it.
It’s hard to explain, but I really just try to go to sleep, while thinking about my WILD goal.
