WILD

Quest for Lucidity

I saw the word WILD in a lot of messages, and I know what it is (so I think…).
And I think it’s a very cool technique.
But I don’t know how to do it.
Can some1 explain 2 me how to use WILD please?

I never succed in WILD, :sad: so I cant’ give you good advices, but what I know is that you can find a lot of information in the Lucid Dreaming Wikibook at :
