Would it be considered a lucid dream if you are dreaming and you can control yourself but you don’t know that you are dreaming? I have had multiple dreams like that and it was really weird because I thought that it was real life.
No that’s just a normal dream. You are only lucid if you know that you are dreaming. I even have normal dreams where I’m flying and I don’t realise that I’m dreaming. And I use telekinesis in dreams all the time without realising that I’m dreaming. And dreams where you really feel that you really are controlling yourself are just more vivid dreams than normal.

That would be some class of dreaming not normal. I know that dreamer doesn’t know that is a dream, but reality level can be greatly improved to transcendental level of hyper reality, you still don’t know it is a dream, still you know something is weird in all of it.
I had those midnight dreams. OK I call it that way, because usually I dream midnight in my dream which go into this hyper reality, with all details like real reality, even scents and flavors, full senses, dense reality thread. You know probably what I’m saying, that sure is not a dream like dream, that’s more to OBE.
Especially when I’m on near bed locations.(speacial class of dreams// going to the bed in dream then waking in real in same bed)
A dream in which you have all the sense (taste, feeling and all that) is simply a very vivid ND.
It’s only not a ND if you know you’re dreaming (which is a LD). Otherwise its simply a sub class of ND (eg. nightmare, FA, FLD, MD etc).
