would this make it easier for me to LD?
Go to sleep in the afternoon say at about 4:00 pm and wake up at 8:00 pm have some dinner stay up for an hour or so and have Lucid Dreaming on your mind and then go back to bed and use the WILD technique?

I dont know, but how do you plan on falling asleep at 4pm?
easy, i usualy get up at 5:00 and go surfing so ill just do that until 3:00 then when i come home ill be falling asleep.
It could work, you would have to try it. However some people do not sleep easily when they just had dinner.
You’ll never know what can work unless you try it
Who knows, maybe it will work great for you. Just keep us posted and let us know how things are going.
Good Luck!
alright guys i will keep you posted, I am trying it today ( i live in Australia) so I will keep u posted and let you know tommorow how i went. I tried Lding last night and failed misurably, i didn’t even get to sleep paralysis, I am trying sooooo hard to get lucid and it’s not working, I am trying the wild method every ngiht before i go to bed and the closest I have got was shaking and sleep paralysis. If you keep concious through sleep paralysis do you slip into an LD, so just incase i get into sleep paralysis should i just keep aware and concious and I will slip into an ld?
Possibly. But doing this when you go to bed is pretty hard for most people. Do WILD when you wake up during the night or combined with WBTB. Chances on LD’s increase dramatically that way.
The thing you have to understand is that WILD is about letting go as much as it is about staying conscious. You have to let go of everything except the one thing you are concentrating on. Then you drop even more to where you are just barely aware of your focus point. To cross over the hypnogia you have to only have a slight awareness. This is a concept that is very hard to explain but you will understand it as you practice.
