hi guys im back from trying my last post it worked amazingly well! this is definatly the thing for me i started to float and the felt as if my arms where geting sucked inwards and then i felt a huge weight on my right sholder it hurt but im just glad about the results and i did all this attempting a wild the only thing stoping me was i had my eyes open all this time lol im gota salatape my eyes shut tonight 
yeah. I’ve had that before, but i cant get past it, its a hard obsicle
