So your point is - I should write something like RC on my hands so I’ll remember to do RC’s, in hope that I’ll do the same thing in a dream?
The thing is, you WILL do that in dreams, once it sticks.
Remember that the RC always may work, you may be able to breathe!
Do RCs every day, and if you need a reminder, then yes, write “RC” on your hand!
Because you WILL do that in your dreams…
No need to hope!
You’ve got to have it in your mind that you’re dreaming, though… if it’s “well, here we go again” it won’t.
Well, I hope you’re right.
But… is there any chance that I’ll just not recognize in a dream that I’m dreaming? It’s possible that I’ll invent some reason for that I can breath and just forget about it?
Thanks again.
Can’t tell you I think it’ll work.
We see amazing things in dreams, unique, special and often things we would normally perceive as ‘impossible’, yet we still fail to recognize that the reason is that we are in fact dreaming.
I recall dreams in which I had wars going on while using super powers and still not thinking for a moment of this being a dream.
On the other hand, I can’t say it won’t either.
Do what’s good for you.
Try , as simple as this may sound, as you go to sleep, to just decide to be lucid in your dreams tonight.
For example, you may have , sometime in the past, needed to wake up and you didn’t have an alarm clock available. You just decided to wake up at the designated hour, and surprise surprise, you found yourself waking up at that exact hour.
If you had this before, you probably understand what Im talking about.
It works the same way, you can just decide to go lucid in your dream.
Give it a shot.
While maintaining a balanced, relaxed, cool state of mind.
Do not expect anything and don’t worry yourself about whether it will work or not.
Just give it an honest , decent attempt.
What do you have to lose?..
