So does my last one this night (I live in London) count for the next comp?
Strictly spoken, every LD which occurred before March 31, 23:59pm still counts for this month 
Some would count this night to March; others say it’s already April… Personally I’d say this is still March, because you went to bed in March, and the resulting LDs are the products of the previous day… But if you really prefer to count it as an April LD, that’s fine by me
