their deffonatly is…iam a battlefield 2 freak and last night had an awsume killing dream. roaming the streets of karkand with my l96a1 and then the pkm. but half way during the dream people started using lightsabers …i keep thinking of knights of the old republic for some reason and i figured that why they are there…??? any idea?
Maybe a WOW journal would give me more lucid dreams? I get quite some WOW dreams already. I can imagine that in computer games, we use the imagination and become a part of the game world in our minds. Almost the same thing happen in a lucid dream!
This is such an interesting discussion. Really glad to have found this site. It’s really neat to see so many different perspectives on the possible connections between gaming and lucid dreaming. Very interesting, I may try this out with Morrowind. I don’t keep a gaming journal, nor shall I, but I do think through my character, my thoughts are as though they are his/hers. It’s sort of the same concept, and I shall see if playing it again (Just now got it working on my computer again) will relate to my dreams in any way.
