I was looking at this topic today and I saw that Oldskuller wrote something about having the indicing thing on his hand
Well, if you take a vibrator from somewhere (like a broke mobile) and connect it where the LED is at the blueprints and put this around your hand/finger you would get one of those. The question is wheter you detect this in the dream or not. I might test it out some time, for now i’m just gonna see if the LD device I invented works.

The 2N2222 is a super cheap garden variety tranny worth a few cents! Try another shop if you really were charged a huge amount!
The opto part is expensive but can be replaced with separate components - if you know some elementary electronics.
