im becoming more distant than i was b4 and im starting to get deja vu a lot and my friends are noticing it too also i feel like im dreaming all the time
Hiya. Gonna stick my nose in here coz I might be able to help.
As part of my daily life I practice Meditation. It can help with inducing LDs and that is probably what you’ve heard already but as part of the practice I needed to learn some centering and grounding techniques. They’re really quite easy and can help to stop you from feeling as if you’re going to separate from your body any minute. They also help with concentration.
I wont bore you right now in case your just not interested but if you’d like to know more just say the word, I’d be happy to help. Alternatively you can google ‘Meditation, Centering and Grounding techniques’ and I’m sure you’ll be spoilt for choice.
I’d recommend doing something about it coz it can’t be healthy. Unless you like the floaty approach.
