Might I ask how you manage to do this each night? I know it mostly just comes naturally but is there any tips you can give to how you always have the ability to become lucid?
Had another LD previous night. That is one dream every two days since 6 days ago , I hope this is a pattern for the future.

I am far from a frequent Lucid dreamer myself, although lately, it is improving more to that direction, but that can be coincidence. Anyhow, myself I have to work very hard to get to this stage. I have been trying to practise WILD for more then a month now, I am lying many hours awake at night, because it is not working, and my mind gets to active, not being able to fall asleep anymore. That’s way I alter efforts, one night I try my best, the onther night I rest… But it seems like beginning to work. I am beginning to get more LD’s.
Anyhow I think I am slowly getting more used to the falling asleep states and thus in finding the right balance of staying awake - falling asleep. But it is a very complex balance and very difficult to find that exact point where you should stay with your mind, but as with anything: practise is needed.
Had another LD where I remembered that I was going to try to change my dream body. I was in a room under a roof. Not very big room. I succeeded in making myself bigger, as big as the room, but then got stuck, Somehow I couldn’t get trough that damn roof. Anyhow it was an interesting experience, saw my shadow growing also, cool, felt like becoming some big monster . But got stuck against the roof, so I decided to try the other way round: make myself little, but then i woke up.
Still have to practise on it , but I will…
