I need a technique to fall asleep faster

Falling asleep has always taken me along time, so I am having problems with WILD. On my first attempt, I got myself in sleep paralysis, but I couldn’t put up the the strange feeling for long enough to fall asleep. Is there something I can do do help myself fall asleep faster, or go into a dream?

Also, I’m trying to use WBTB but my alarm never wakes me up!

You can try sleeping less than usual for a few days. Then you will fall asleep faster, but you might get tired during the day if you sleep way too little. I would say 6 hours for a few days is good. I usually fall asleep faster if I visualize something, and others seem to do that too.
