With the best luck I have reduced the pain, it doesnt come so often now.
About swedish posts in LD4all, I dont use swedish in posts anomore, since there are members who dont understand it, dock kan det förekomma (but only if there are some words I cant in english (I write an english version of what I think the word is with swedish in parantes after so a mod can give me a translation), swedish places (with english translations just for fun ) or to see if that word is familiar with the word from another language 
). If you use swedish, make sure you translate it.
And thanks for all tips everyone gave me about this, its going better now.
