I am going to the Gateway Voyage (the basic program) in Portugal on November!!

and I can truly say, it was amazing.
As I have yet returned to Israel, I haven´t had a lot of time but when I will I´ll post here the entire journal I kept while I was there.
I am now able to enter very deep states of meditation in just a few minutes, and very easily too ^^
and I had like 2 OBEs a day

Hemi Sync helped, yes.
Not sure I understand what you are referring to as it.
What we did there, is a lot of meditation using the sounds. I also meditated without the sounds at night.
And basically, I got tools for entering very deep meditative states at incredible ease and speed.
in ur opinion are OBE’s more fun than a LD.
-Also are they good on Lding in those types of places because I’ve always wanted to go to learn about Lucid Dreaming and meditation. If you know what i mean. Almost like a dream lab.

i find OBE’s more enlightening and empowering, dreams are very valuable as well.
every state of consciousness is a different experience, and i enjoy using them all to develop, grow and harmonize myself in the best possible way.
