I just know that going to the park and getting some sunshine does wonders for lethargy, from my experience. Combined with exercise, of course. Hence, the park, and the monkeybars…
I’ve actually done extensive testing, not just on lethargy, over the last three years. All of my evidence leads me to the conclusion that life is a placebo effect.
I’ve been keeping a to do list for the last two months: I just write 3 things down a day, little tasks though as I know I wouldn’t keep to it otherwise. If one doesn’t get ticked, I carry it forward to the next day. It really is working I used to write huge to do lists, but with no time limits on them so I ended up putting things off for much longer.
