Thanks, DT!
Woo hoo! 10 participants!
Nice now we have 10 Participants
I have done my personal goal last Week end so I would like to change it again:
Let’s hope I stay at the same good LD rate for the LC
10 participants We will be starting soon!
Merry Christmas
Super !
Merry Christmas everyone
Hello! I’m hoping I can still join the LC63 challenge. I just signed up but I’m planning on making a Dream Journal soon.
My forum name: hoby
My personal lucid goal: to recognize I’m dreaming 3 times.
I don’t have a picture of me but if you want to can imagine me as Johanna from the Hunger Games.
hoby, the goal is something to do once lucid eg I chose the finger through palm while others have chosen more challenging goals. Recognising you’re dreaming would be the moment you become lucid.
Oh, my bad! I didn’t realize that the goal was supposed to be something to do while Lucid. Which I should have guessed based on it being in Lucid Adventures.
I’ll change my goal to summoning my dream pet Gloom.
He’s a pokemon Gloom, named Gloom that showed up in one of my normal dreams and it was a nice dream I was pretty fond of him.
im excited for this challenge! i think itll be a great way to kick off 2019 and make it a year of lucid dreams.
and welcome hoby, glad you joined us! it is also my first lucidity challenge
Thank you! I’m excited. In 2009 I did a couple of the monthly challenges but this sounds super neat as I’m a person that thrives on statistics so the points appeal to me.
Do we know when we’re starting yet?
Welcome Hoby
I guess we will get an answer soon about the starting time. And yeah the LC is super exciting as you can follow your progress. If it wasn’t for the LC, I don’t think I would have done that many LDs in the last years!
Dear Lucidity Challenge participants,
We have a starting date
LC 63 will take off on Saturday January 12
I’m very much looking forward to it
Wish you all a Happy Lucid 2019!
Well, I’ve never had much success in LCs, but I’ll give it a try again. My sleep is on a constant rollercoaster. If I’m not super active, that’s probably the reason.
Still working on my personal goal, which turns 6 years old in a couple of months. Would be nice to get that done before it happens.
Finally, it’s actually starting. Not expecting to do well, but I am expecting to stick it through this time. Okay, good luck to everyone when it starts.
Welcome Letaali and Oleg
I’ve had this in my calendar since I heard when it’s going to start. I am very excited. It’s going to be helpful in motivating me to keep a dream journal, I think.

[i]INVITATION
This is your invitation to our very special “Different Worlds” Dream Conference,
date January 12 to February 9, 2019
about Diversity and Imagination in dreams.
This international event will take place in Holland, where LD4all has its roots.
You as a seasoned dreamer are very welcome to come and share your experience. There will be lectures and workshops and themed discussions. Beyond that, we have an extensive programme of various musical and creative performances, as well as special events to make this an experience you will not forget.
You will meet dreamers of all stripes, and get an insight into all their different worlds
We are looking forward to your presence at the conference, and possibly your very own contribution to our program.

Week 1 Travelling
We are happy you accepted our invitation!
So you will be heading for our Dream Conference. Holland is at a considerable distance so you might consider travelling as comfortable as possible… or as adventurous as you like.
You might have to use different modes of transport. You may even have to spend the night on your journey. While napping or dozing off on a plane, a train or a boat, can be very pleasant, some of you may of course prefer straight forward teleportation
And no stress when packing your bags, no hurry, for departure times can be at your choice.
Have a nice trip!

Precognitive/ coincidence: I started writing for this challenge months ago (when I had accepted to host). Then, some time later I discovered, the annual dream conference of the IASD will his year in fact take place in the Netherlands!!
Alright, took a nap after reading the tasks so here’s the first points.
I took a nap in the dream and woke up. Non-lucid.
Haha I had to laugh as I read Letaali’s post because I also went to bed right for a nap right after I read the tasks.
There was too much noise and couldn’t sleep so after 15 minutes I stood up again.
Well the first 3h nap just made me more tired, so I had to take another 3h nap.
Same DJ post
More tasks done:
-saw luggage
-saw cars, got into a car, crashed into other cars
My sleep has been so strange lately. I had 10h last night and now 6h of napping? Hypersomnia?
I wrote a Dream Journal Entry: [community.ld4all.com/t/hobys-dream-journal/40980/6)
I did definitely see a car and was in the car, although I will note it was not moving at the time.
I don’t think anything else counts although we were sort of on a journey to find a suitable present and we walked around while I carried a gift bag.
