I learned about lucid dreaming somtime last year and from that point on I’ve been wanting to have one well a real one anyway after I heard it was possible I started to have real short ld or ones where I realized I was dreaming but the dream just kinda kept going normal anyways since i learned about lucid dreaming I’ve worked on and off for it but never got any really good results and my motivation fades now I’m looking for just somthing I can do quick before I go to sleep that doesn’t take to much time that maybe could help me get a lucid dream every once in a while if there are any suggestions please tell
Oh and another thing When I’ve had Lucid dreams before when I woke up it seemed really distant in my memory is this natural or just evidence of my bad dream recall.

anyways, caz… i don’t believe there really is anything quick with something as complicated as LDing
maybe could just listen to some audios/mp3s online but that’s about as easy as it’s going to get
what about ten minutes?
this is from bendrum btw if you stare at your hands and say “when i’m dreaming i’ll see my hands and realize i’m dreaming” for 10 min. before sleeping then you’ll do it in your dream
oh and just repeating the mantra “when i dream i’ll have a lucid dream” is helpful before going to bed, and it’ll work…b/c it rhymes lol and b/c well… i said so
You gotta muster the motivation to do something. Any technique is good, at least better than nothing. Something that is pretty easy is to listen to some lucid dreaming audio of some sort. Though they may not do much right away, they can help you get into a habit of devoting some time and effort to lucid dreaming while falling asleep.
