Earlier today i read about a guy who in high school practiced lucid dreaming. He said if he had alot of lucid dreams that he didn’t feel rested when he woke up. is there any scientific evidence about this or any personal experiences i could hear about. any input would be appreciated.
There was a topic about this a while ago called could lucid dreaming effect the amount of energy you get? that you might find interesting.
There’s also “do lucids depend on the amount of sleep?” I never get an LD on the weekdays, when I have 5-6 hours of sleep. I always have them on the weekends, when I have 10-12.
There’s no use getting all sleep disordery…
Try mixing them…like,a LD per week is great,right?
Aim that,but don’t forget to rest.
