Couldn’t balance practices affect positively grounding and root chakra energies ?
I’ve seen that a wrong balance is related with stress and vice versa.
Do you know exercises which improves balance, like staying on one foot, etc?

In my case it isn’t just who i am but what i became i used to be more vocal and more open.
