The first thing I thought of was Remote Viewing. Truth is, there’s no way to know what governments have been dabbling in and for how long.

Good point. It’s scary to think that a government might know something that could change the world forever, some new power or anything… And nobody else knows… A scarier thing is the fact that we assume the government knows ONE thing we don’t…

Anyways, the reason why I thought they meant remote viewing because pyschic teleportation… it requires so much of your mind’s power and consciousness itself won’t do the job.
Plus I thought they’re skeptic about that becuase there are no stable proofs about that… unless I have missed something? Even I am skeptic about that because I haven’t experienced it myself before… if I could teleport, I would love to teleport everywhere and have a nice vacation without spending any money.
But again, our governments like to keep secrets from the civilized people.

The goverment always hides thing and yes the american govt wants power but power is everything, the more you have the better you are

im pretty psychic, but lately ive let my skills go dormant because i havent really had a use or need for them, but when i hear stuff like this it makes me think. What if there are forces of good and evil in the world. Like pure good and evil, projected through people or organizeations. What if the goverment is succeeding in this psychic stuff and they got people to be good at it. I sense a goverment keeping secrets does not have good intentions. If there is an evil force like this growing stronger, then i have a reason to experiment on my own and see how much i can strengthen these skills. It could be all mumbo jumbo. Fiction is based on these kinds of things like star wars, but nothing ever said fiction couldnt become true. Look at religion, if faith didnt exist people would call the bible merely fiction. Times are changing, i know id rather be safe in preparing for any sort of evil.

This is kind of off topic but I decided to state my oppinion about this quote here. I don’t think there is such a thing as pure evil. I think of evil as a lack of good, rather than as an opposite of it. Like with hot and cold, there’s no way to measure the coldness of something, you can only measure how hot it is. Cold is just a lack of heat, like good and evil. Wasn’t Satan himself an angel at one time?

i don’t think moore is in the business of telling exclusive truth but i hate when people take things he says and attempt to discredit them by completely misinterpreting them.
FACT the bushes and the bin ladenS are friends, and they were flown out of America after 9/11.
OSAMA is just speculation… Moore didn’t attempt to prove that he and W were friends, he just showed that Osama was not “necessarily” as much of a black sheep as he is portrayed to the family.
but regardless of that it just mainly goes to show, IMO, that the Bush’s are a bunch of rich assholes in ties with the Saudis for all sorts of lucrative oil and don’t largely care about the “little guy” … so is the 9/11 conspiracy out of the quesiton? No of course not, but is Moore trying to prove he ordered planes into the WTC (or missles) … no… he’s just trying to get Americans to start asking some ■■■■■■■ questions rather than being apathetic and blindly patriotic.

It’s called Remote Viewing. It’s been done before and is a real “phenomenon.” It’s basically projecting your Consciousness onto the world to view events while they happen without having to actually be physically present. Amazing but has scary implications for malicious use.

They do mean literally physical teleportation, similar to “Beam me up Scotty” on Star Trek. 
I think that pretty well sums up what it is. Basically it is you suddenly being in one place and the next second you are on the other side of the world.
Now you can imagine, if this exists, what kind of a boon this would be for the military. But odds are nothing will come of it and the money will be wasted
