Questions on FILD?

Well, I was kind of confused when I read the tutorial. It said you needed to move your index/middle finger up, like a piano kinda thing. But I don’t get it, are you suppose to do it like you’re typing on a keyboard? or just moving your finger up and down?

you just move them up and down just a nuff to feel them not to much if you do it good your fingers will not even quit the bed
