SALD: Supplement Assisted Lucid Dreaming

Hey LD4all, it’s been a while.

I just posted about a new-ish technique. People have known about Galamantine and Choline before now, but this ties them together and I have plans to add in other supplements later. I hope you like the series!

nice ,also , cool to have you back

I’ll read this sometime. It also says These supplements work by altering brain chemistry (because of this, they aren’t recommended for anyone under 18, you don’t want to mess up what’s still developing) to give you various situations which are beneficial to dreaming. I guess I can’t do it yet but I’ll read through it anyway.

well, maybe you shouldnt do melatonin or the like , but i think a small overdose of vitamin B6 doesnt harm if its small  just my opinion
also , Happy birthday TMH !!! i hope you enjoy it !!!

Thanks Sadoka!

B6 overdoses can causes damage to the nervous system, depending on how many mg’s you take. I’ve posted about it before. I think the completely safe amount is 100mg, and that 200 is supposed to be safe but damage may occur, but don’t quote me on it. The damage is supposed to go away if you stop taking the excess B6, so it’s not a huge deal, but I’d avoid it.

Time to lose the game , right ?

i have to be careful certain supplements don’t mix well with hydrocodone and soma don’t mix well with anything else that can make you drowsy.
so… watch the medication you are on.

oh and mods i’m not telling users to take these. i am on it for a broken back.
i took something like that with all the other stuff and it knocked me out for awhile.
