I also focus on my third eye. Suneye method. I find that the whole process is very relaxing. The relaxation kinda sweeps through my whole body. Last night, I tried it a little different. Instead of lying down, since I’m prone to falling asleep , I did it in the lotus position, still on my bed, with the lights off, and rain forest sounds being pumped directly into my head, I also started the count down at 50. I made it through, pumped my subconscious full of my 2 suggestions. The only problem were I had to move from the lotus position back to lying down. My dream recall was much better than its been for a while.
I find the structure of my relaxation session quite soothing but I’m most definitly open to change if something will work better.
