I started this DJ simply because I noticed a pattern between my dreams and the Dreamspell. So while I won’t post each of my NDs here in exquisite detail, I will include some tasty tidbits from my nightly buffet.

:dream: This dream fragment started as I walked into a living room (one I've never seen before). I was walking in with a crowd of people I "knew." I "knew" we were gathering for a secret-society meeting, [color=red]an organization to which I was new[/color]. To the left of the front of the door there was this coat rack/wall like you have in kindergarten, [u]with huge snake-skin-cloaks we were suppose to wear[/u] for the meeting. So I donned "my" black snake-cloak and sat down for the meeting, where we were discussing [i][b]how to keep our secret society a secret. [/b][/i]
[color=indigo]This one's pretty straight forward. The red meaning of initiation is obvious, what else do you do in secret societies? The Tone and Tribe both stress enduring and surviving, again related to secret societies. And we can't forget the blatant snake/serpent imagery. :happy: (this happens a lot in my dreams).[/color]
A very small dream fragment I remember vividly. I was in my back yard, and in my dream-knowledge I “knew” I was finally old enough to get this weird magical object that would give me the power to transform into a bird. I was begging my mom to let me be a hawk like her, but she insisted it was easier to learn flying as an eagle. I was ticked off, but gave in. I morphed into an eagle and the dream progressed with a flying scene where the surrounding area wasn’t my neighborhood but beautiful meadows and rolling hills. It was as if I could see forever.
Straight forward, with both the day’s symbolic meanings and literal meanings included.
A very very small dream clip that’s important to me personally. I was driving around in my mom’s car in a grassy lot with some trees, and I was doing quite well, but every time I tried to back out I ended up going forward. It was quite frustrating.
This dream is important to the seal/glyph because of its personal implications. I delayed getting my driving permit for 6 months because I kept having dreams that involved me suddenly at the wheel, crashing into stuff. Once I even drove into the boundary of reality and everything fell apart. This was the first positive driving dream I’ve had, ever.What’s funny, I have no idea how to back out in real life, so that’s to be expected in my dreams.
[color=blue]An interesting note, the next morning, my dad wanted me to back out the car for him, but when I went to look for the keys, he had them already and, being impatient, backed it out himself. I later pulled it back up the driveway.[/color]
One of my least straight-forward dreams, and negative when compared with the day’s meanings.
So I was on this beach, and I’m watching this small helicopters diving into the ocean and coming up with fish, like ospreys. Then next second, there’s two jet planes, two private jets, and two smaller planes all crashing into each other at the same time, just where waves normally break. There’s a huge explosion and lots of fire. It all crashes into the ocean. I call 9-1-1 and explain what happened. Then (dream logic, lol) I start to think about the people on board, and how they’ll ever make it out of the inferno. I run over to help, like some other beach-goers are doing, but my dad holds me back. The crash (just now) creates giant waves that engulf the whole beach, and my dad has to pick me up and carry me away, just so I won’t kill myself or drown trying to save the other people. (ends on an ok note, in the distance I see people getting pulled out of the carnage, alive)
So yeah, lots of survival and life-force themes in this dream. Since this is today’s energy, I don’t know exactly what it means for today’s waking action.
I love the idea of this. I always put the kin for the day on top of my DJ entries and type out the kin statement in full if it is relevant

[color=blue]I’ve heard of people being able to predict things by interpreting dreams and, while I believe this could be possible, this isn’t what I’m doing.

The thing about Dreamspell is, it’s suppose to influence the energies of the day, like if someone has a good or bad day the energy might be partially responsible. Sure, it’s just another kind of horoscope, and I didn’t take it seriously until I looked at my non-digital DJ and saw a pattern between my dream themes/actions and the daily glyph.

This really caught my eye because I never look at the glyph until I’ve already woken up from the day’s dreams, so my subconsciousness couldn’t be borrowing this information.
New trend I'm noticing from other dreams I don't post here: White days always seem to be rather okay, but they're never significant dream-wise. :bored: Hence, why I don't have a dream for you today.

A very small dream fragment of me forgetting my history book for class, which I desperately needed. A kind of academic death by getting a O. Oh, right, and then I ask to borrow a friend’s. When I worry about how I’ll get it back to him, I just think “If I just imagine the book going back to him it’ll go back”. <— of a sort. (I act like I’m lucid but don’t realize it)
Sure, a far-flung and small interpretation, but I figured it’s only fair to put everything up here.

To follow up on my white-days-are-bad-for-dreaming theory, I had an LD on a white wizard day (friday night), but it was my least clear one to date.
