Really? So all you have to do is write “Am I Dreaming” every night for maybe a month, and then if you stop one night your chances of having a lucid dream are increased?
Is that 1000 times in one session or could it be split up over a period of time?

Well instead of writing it down Carsten, you may have to say it out loud, or say it in your mind, and actually CHECK your reality. Look around your area, check to see if everything is where it belongs. Look at your hand to see if it’s becoming deformed. Do as many RCs as you can each day and never give up. Eventually you will become aware in your dream.

I did have LD’s before. But after a month of writing “am I dreaming” I must conclude this technic is not working for me, I should move on with something else.
