Last night was my 6th night attempting to Lucid dream.
Ive been performing reality checks very often, but haven’t really been stressing out about actually becoming lucid. Ive more just been trying to remember my dreams.
But after the first 3 nights, I haven’t remembered a single dream the last three nights… and I’m getting really frustrated.
Any ideas?

On top of everything in that guide (especially waking up about 5 hours after going to sleep), I had an easier time whenever I would try to remember details from the evening before, things I was thinking about while going to bed, etc.
