Sometimes I can have maybe 5-10 minutes laying down and I already start day dreaming in my head. Where I imagine, for example, me skateboarding at my local skate park. But my sleep seems to go nowhere. Could it be that Im focusing too much on the" day dream" and have to let thoughts/events flow though my head? If so, anyone have any suggestions on how to let your thoughts flow freely, without getting to attached/focused in them.
Or on the contrary, how to benefit from my “day dream” and drift off to sleep fast? Any suggestions/help much appreciated.
