I asked a DC where and how I lost my left hand. I didn’t know because I had time traveled to my own future. He answered “It will come back to you.” Also had a lucid dream where a DC asked if I was afraid of monsters or if I hunted them. Kinda odd.
That’s a cool symbolism… It could pretty much refer to your inner demons, or your fears.
I answered no to both questions and I was amused by the whole thing. The woman was in a business suit and looked very seriously at me the whole time. I’m not actively seeking for monsters in my dreams, but I have encountered a lot of them. Some of them are scary, but fear is a healthy response to a dangerous encounter. It’s not illogical to feel fear. I aim to control the fear in my dreams so that it doesn’t control me. Fairly often I succeed and I cherish these small victories. Missing a chance to become lucid just because I fail to control my fears feels horrible.
I was looking through some old dreams and found this to be pretty funny
“I’ve got memory like a fly”
“Watson, carve yourself one of these and ma***te your phas to it” (Sherlock Holmes explaining to Watson what an ancient wood carving was used for, in a pretty shitty attempt from my mind at sounding 19th century-esque)
“That’s what happens when you get pregnant as a teenager and the kid isn’t funny-looking” (about a child with his arm on fire)
“If somebody walks by, I might just fly away.”
“Some dystopias got love interests; others got candy.”
“Put Hannah under your feet and treat yourself to some ground meat.” (said several times, by different people, without any context)
A girl gave me some random work related advice last night: “Not all is your job. You have to make it work for you”.
And then later a couple girls were chanting “Dominae! Dominae!” 
EDIT: I’ll edit instead of creating another post to ask how strict this thread is… Is this thread only for what DC’s have said or do things you hear or that pop into your mind while falling asleep (or during SP/HI) also count? Because I’ve had some weird thoughts pop into my mind as I’m starting to fall asleep. Even though they weren’t from DC’s, or I even heard them (they are like normal thoughts, but with no conscious control over them, as if my SC is thinking), they do have that “strangest things DC’s have said” vibe… A few examples:
“You’re just a bunch of powder webs!”
and from last night: “We make confusion, it eats our dreams.”
I’m so glad I finally found this thread again! I had a very strange dream some months back with a scene involving a sting operation against a group of evil mad scientist vampire rats, involving turning on the lights so they burned to death. During their death scene, the following dialogue took place:
Rat 1: Where did these guys come from?
Rat 2: Astoria?
Rat 3 (deep, booming voice): Why can’t Astorians do patriarchy more often?
