Keeping a thorough DJ helps improve awareness, recall, and many other factors important to lucid dreaming. Not to mention it’s fun to look at later.

  1. It helps you recall dreams. If you don’t recall a lucid dream, what’s the point?
  2. It helps you find your dream signs.
  3. It’s fun to read after a while
  4. It will allow your dreams to become more vivid and coherent, understandable.
