Starting reading about lucid dreaming about a month ago and have been recording my dreams every night and periodically doing reality checks and last night finally had my first lucid dream. It ended up not lasting very long but it is a start. I can’t remember what exactly tipped me off in my dream that it was a dream but I was driving in a car when it clicked. My reality check was to check the digital clock in the car. Hopefully my next one will last a bit longer.
