Ok first of all can you use ld’s to help remember things more clearly and accurately and Is it possible to hav a ld seem to go for say, a day but it only really is a minute. And it really feels like a day

Both things I believe are possible

I have never heard of anyone using lucid dreams to help remember things. If you want to remember something, the best way is to relate it to something else. Or write it down of course. Lucid dreams are not something that come every night for the majority of people.

As far as time, well, there is really no such thing as time. It’s always now. Can you be tricked into thinking something longer happened in a shorter frame? Yes. Like a movie that covers many days in just over an hour.

Ok thanks but its the details i want to remember. Anyway lucid dreams used to happen like once a week a few years back and i could remember a dream from every night so would that mean it will be easier for me to LD? ( if its not im still going to try )

Oh if you mean remembering dreams, then yes, lucid dreams are the easiest to remember, both in length and detail.
And I think most anyone else would agree when I say that remembering your normal dreams each night is a prerequisite to having lucid dreams. Good luck and enjoy!

ok cool

Yes, I do agree that remembering your dreams is essential to LD’ing, but strangley enough, I didn’t start remembering my dreams well untill I started LD’ing, so call me a freak if you will.

-off topic warning-

My couch seems to be my LD machine, I had three LD’s the night I slept on my couch, that would be the second time I’ve had more than two LD’s in one night.
