Nothing much extraoridinary but i thought i could share.
Today ive read the topic about levels of serotonin and its influence on recall.In my case happened otherwise.
For last 3 weeks ive been under huge stress ,id call it depression though i dont like this overused word.
Being in that state last thing i wanted was good recall.As usuall i got just opposite and i have no idea why.Either it was soo deep emotionally that it changed some neuropaths of mine or just my subcounciousness tried to get to me somehow…dont know.
Anyways, for last two weeks the recall was excellent without me doing anything about it.Didnt write down my dreams,tried to smoke more pot thanusuall to kill it…heh…
After all that i got to read the book about Oobes…excellent one,though cant recommend it to you as it was only published in Poland(for our polish members - Milosc i wolnosc poza cialem,Darek Sugier)
Except the authors experiences and thoughts about the subject theres not really many new methods or techniques.But the way its written wakes up a lot of motivation.Anyways i decided to give it a try even though most bases on visualization and Wild alike techs(i used to think i suck at both).
Going to sleep,wake up after 4 hrs of sleep,refresh for 1.5 hrs,get back to sleep with the intention.Known stuff.
I relaxed my body but kept my mind alert by counting and every 10 repeating my intention.
To my huge suprise,first time i was able to enter other state almost counciously or so i believe.Cant remember actually falling asleep…first thing i recall was me at school thinking "what school,this is what i must be imagining myself cuz im in my bed"Right after that i felt the vibrations(i used to experience them over a year ago,not too often though) and scene jumped to my kitchen.So i knew i was oobeing.To make sure i leaned forward letting myself fall and just when i was about to smash my face on the ground i felt soft cushion of energy rescuing me.Did some floating around the place but after short time i felt im being pulled back to reality…let it be done…and once awake i didnt move but tried to get back to the scene.
Succesfully again.This time went out to the balcony but as usuall fear of being accidentally sleepwalking was present so i did not jump.Instead i i layed on my back floating about metre above the floor and tried to think of something to make the experience “stronger”(as my vision wasnt perfect).My fault,my fault i decided to open wide my eyes which caused me to open up my real eyes and my oobe ended.Will be wiser next time.
Anyways…just wanted to share this story for two reasons.First is to say that tech described has a potentiall.Having 4hrs sleep and being awaken well is a way to go.
Secondly- many of you may not believe they have a skill to do this or that.Really- i was allways the person who deeply believed Wild is something definately not for me cuz ive had never any success with it and allways thought its just too much fuss with all that waking up and going back to bed.Now id say its definately worth it.Mind sets up itself in a specific mode then,completely different than it is when you go to sleep first time.

I find that if I sleep for 4 hours, get up for about an hour then go back to bed, I will most definitely have an OBE.
How many OBE’s do u get a week? or a month?

Recently i got 4 in two days using mentioned tech.
Another two took place next night,i was going to write about the yet.
Anyways,it all was very similar what i have written allready above.They were also short,propably due to my unknown drive to get out to balcony all the time.Once im there i try to conquer my fear but i guess i will skip doing so for some time till they get more stable.
In total for last 3 yrs i had around 20 experiences but its been never like now-not that often,not that easy.I used to have them like once a month or two months.
For last two nights i failed in inducing them,but i was occupied with stuff.
Tonight im trying again,ill be posting how i go.
