4 LD 1 night

gosh. but im having a hellava time figuring out how

it could have been the double dose of nyquil and the amantadine (flu meds)

but i also did a few interesting techs

  1. i was lying on my side, with my heels touching my butt (or almost) and straining against myself to stretch my legs out. i saw a basketball hoop, and was thrown into a scary feeling LD with a lot of darkness and a b-ball court and a shadowy figure.

I wake up, stretch out, then get back in the same position. this time i imagine someplace I want to go: a place with snow, and trees (the words “winter wonderland” are bouncing through my head, with the music from said song behind it). i strain against my legs and imagine this place, and then POP I fall 3 feet from the air onto a snowy hill and start going down it really fast. i wont bore people with the rest but hey it worked. except once i stop sliding down the hill, i try to stand, and move my RL legs and wake up!!

2.then im lying in bed trying to end up on the beach with a girl, doing the same thing. straining gets tiring and it doesnt work, so i just lie there. suddenly i hear the crinkling of a lunch bag and sort of ‘know’ that there is food in front of me. i drift into another LD. the girl i wanted was there, and a bunch of people are eating lunch. someone greets me, but when i respond i just breathe out. then i realize i am lying with my head on my backpack. then i realize that when i try to talk i breathe IRL and i try to move my head off my back pack and move my head IRL and wake up…

so… anyone have techniques similar to the one described above? I suppose the last thing was a VILD of sorts… although i didnt get the beach…

and whats up with me being almost in a dream but controlling my physical body? solutions?

Awesome Dude.

Can ya PM me a more Detailed Description of the Technique?
(Unless thats basically it)

Sounds like a very interesting technique!!!

Make a post about it instead. Allthough it is probably luck i allso had verry manny LDs in the beggining.

Goldsplinter: That’s basically it. Its I guess the same as flexing a muscle, but I think the intention of action (since you are attempting to move it against your own will) instead of just flexing makes it affect your subcoincious more. iunno

I dunno… they sounded too short to be real LDs. Too bad paralysis hadn’t taken over in time though, your dreams would’ve lasted much longer.

i think that your sleep stage had not reached sleep paralysis, so you muscles were not involuntary, If you inted to LD for longer you need to induce these techniques when you feel your whole body going numb. but congrats on your little LD’s dude.

good luck

that makes sense tris… my problem is i have never been able to induce true SP… i can make it so that it feels DIFFICULT to move my limbs, but i can do it if i actually want to. maybe i just need to get to that stage before i try to enter my HH

well if you ever get to that stage, the time to do your method is when you feel vibrations/electric shocks running through your head or body… it is very hard to move at that stage… hope this works
