I have to say that this hour wasnt impressive 
I went to a high mountain in hope to see everything become black 
but the streetlights didnt go off 
but yet people participated. I hope next year will be more impressive 
that could be dangerous.

or if all streetlights should go off they should warn people in newpapers before doing so
