A Course in Lucid Dreaming

I was just wondering if anybody here used or uses the course sold by the lucidity institute?
I have been trying to work with the course material over the last few weeks but I am quite a bit confused about some of the exercises and so I just wanted to know if somebody here on this board could help me out (with info or experiences)…

I havent tried those.
But it brought a thought to my mind.I remember while being in australia i saw some ads about free courses in lucid dreaming and relative topics.It was in Sydney.So i thught you aussies might find it revealant info.
