A document of how I achieved lucidity

Im sorry,dear mods, for making your job so annoying.Im sure this is in the wrong place,but im so *#% tired, I cant figure it out. Sorry if nobody cares, and this is a dumb post. Im baarrreeeelyyyy awake

First LD-

Technique- I was actualy trying, and I was doing MILD. Just reapeatedly thinking " Im dreaming, Im dreaming"

Anything odd? - Nope, normal time, and no odd foods if I remember

Second LD

Technique- On accident, I was thinking about how I wish I was taking someone else’s pain ( dont ask) and accidently fell asleep

Anything odd? - Time was earlier than normal bed time, didnt think i was going to sleep

Third LD

Teqnique- I hadn’t had sleep in 30 hours, then took a small nap when my friend was playing Xbox.I was thinking about a girl in a 360 view.then I woke up, and I went back to bed, did the 360 thing again, fell asleep and had an LD.

Anything odd?- Huge time change and lack of sleep, B6

Anyways, forgot to mention that normaly I sleep on my back, but LD #2 and LD #3 were both on my stomach

Maybe you should try sleeping on your stomach more often. It might help. :happy:

It’s more principly the variation that induces lucid dreams. To sleep in other ways now and then might really help. Well, now I got an idea myself. :happy:
