Okay i really want to get lucid. so im starting a dream journal. I wake up at night sometimes so i figured id try to remember my dreams when i wake up, about 2 times a night.
Last night i woke up and started to remember my dream. then i must of fallen asleep and dreamed about writing it because when i woke up my DJ was untouched. the funny thing was, my hands and the text i was writing looked normal, but i wasnt really looking at the text so it could have been complete gibberish for all i know.
how can i keep this from happening?
also ive taken 100mg of b-6 before bed and thats helped. but how long before i go to bed should i take it?? and should i take it with food??
